Geo Bowl
Large geometric bowl made from stainless sheet steel. Eleven lasercut pentagons were carefully TIG welded together into a modified dodecahedronform. The interior of the bowl has been sandblasted, giving it a matte finish. In contrast, the outside welds have been sanded down and buffed to a satiny, textured sheen. Both the interior and exterior of the bowl has been sealed with a clear, hardening oil to protect from fingerprints. Because each piece is made by hand, slight irregularities in texture and finish are to be expected.
