Marble Strip Stand
A dramatic, tabletop stand, made from blackened steel and a strip of reclaimed marble with one rough edge. The steel portion was welded together, darkened with a black patina, and then sealed with a deep blue metal oil to protect the finish. The Skinny Marble Stand can be displayed as a standalone art object, or it can be used to showcase small treasures on one's vanity, kitchen counter, or desk.
